BRITTANY PEDERSEN
FOR KANE COUNTY CIRCUIT JUDGE
Brittany Michelle Pedersen is running for Judge in Kane County to bring fairness, diversity, legal knowledge and professionalism to the Kane County judiciary.
For more than 10 years Brittany has been advocate for the people of Kane County. She has stood by the sides of individuals in the midst of their legal battles and fought for their constitutional rights and interests. She understands that being involved in court actions like divorces, criminal charges or civil lawsuits has detrimental consequences on individuals and their families. She will bring that understanding and compassion to the bench as a fair and impartial Judge.
As a litigator, Brittany Pedersen believes strongly in the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Constitution and laws of the State of Illinois. It is the framework for which our Democracy in the United States is founded and continues to thrive. She will uphold these laws in each and every case that she presides over.
